Home Services Residential Cleanouts

RESIDENTIAL CLEANOUTS

A cleanout is different from a pickup. You are not pointing at one couch — you are handing over a basement, an attic, a garage, or a whole house, and you want it empty when we leave. That is the work we do most.

One crew, one price, and the house is empty when we pull away.

WHAT WE TAKE

HOW IT WORKS

1

TEXT US PHOTOS

Send photos of each room or area. For a whole house, a short walkthrough video is even better. We reply with a real number.

2

WE SHOW UP AND LOAD

Our crew does the carrying — up stairs, down basement steps, out of crawlspaces. You do not lift anything.

3

WE SWEEP AND GO

We broom-sweep behind ourselves. If it is a pre-sale cleanout, the space is ready to photograph.

WHY PEOPLE CALL US FOR THIS

We disconnect what is still hooked up

Our crew includes an experienced plumber. Washers, dryers, water heaters, dishwashers and gas ranges get disconnected safely on the same visit — most haulers make you hire a separate contractor first.

We can work in stages

Big cleanouts do not have to happen in one day. If you need to sort as you go, or spread the cost across a couple of visits, we will schedule it that way.

Donation and recycling first

Usable furniture, appliances and household goods go to donation where we can place them. The rest gets sorted for recycling before anything heads to the landfill.

Straight pricing, no hourly meter

You get a number before we start, based on volume and weight. We do not bill by the hour, so a slow flight of stairs is our problem, not your invoice.

WHAT WE CANNOT TAKE — AND WILL TELL YOU BEFORE WE ARRIVE

We cannot haul hazardous waste, wet paint, solvents, chemicals, asbestos, medical or biohazard waste, ammunition, or vehicle batteries. Tires, TVs and other e-waste we can take with a small recycling surcharge. If a cleanout turns up something on that list, we will tell you on the quote and point you to the right disposal route rather than quietly leaving it behind.

WHAT IT COSTS

JobTypical Range
Single room$165 – $490
Garage or basement$325 – $975
Multi-room cleanout$650 – $1,950
Whole home / estate$650 per full load

Priced by volume and weight, not by the hour. Text a photo to (708) 832-6504 and you get a firm number before we show up — not a range that grows on the invoice.

COMMON QUESTIONS

How is a cleanout priced?

By how much space the material takes in the truck and how heavy it is — not by the hour. Text photos or a walkthrough video to (708) 832-6504 and you get a firm number before we schedule.

Do I need to sort or move anything first?

No. You can leave everything where it sits. If you want to pull items to keep, do that and we will take the rest. Nothing needs to be at the curb.

Can you do a cleanout across more than one day?

Yes. Large cleanouts, and cleanouts where someone is sorting through belongings, often run across two or three visits. We schedule around your pace.

Can you disconnect the washer, dryer or water heater?

Yes. Our crew includes an experienced plumber, so appliances and fixtures get disconnected safely on the same visit rather than needing a separate contractor first.

What happens to the stuff?

Usable household goods go to donation where we can place them, recyclable material gets sorted out, and only what is genuinely waste goes to the landfill. No illegal dumping.
