Service Agreement

By requesting and receiving junk removal services from Them Boys Hauling ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to the following terms. Our services include junk removal, hauling, furniture removal, appliance removal, estate cleanouts, yard waste removal, and related services throughout the Chicagoland area.

Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes provided via text, phone, or in-person are estimates based on the information provided.
  • Final pricing is determined on-site based on actual volume, weight, and disposal requirements.
  • Prices may increase if the actual job differs significantly from what was described or photographed.
  • You will always be informed of the final price before we begin work.
  • A surcharge applies for certain items including TVs, tires, and e-waste that require special disposal.

Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot haul the following:

  • Hazardous materials or chemicals
  • Paint, solvents, or flammable liquids
  • Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
  • Medical waste or biohazards
  • Radioactive materials

If we discover prohibited items during a job, we reserve the right to leave those items and adjust pricing accordingly.

Liability

  • Once items are removed from your property and loaded onto our truck, they become our responsibility for proper disposal.
  • We are not responsible for items left behind unless specifically discussed and agreed upon.
  • We take reasonable care to avoid property damage during removal. If damage occurs due to our negligence, we will work with you to resolve it.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to items being removed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled pickup at any time before our crew arrives at no charge. If our crew has already arrived on-site, a minimum trip fee may apply.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept:

  • Cash
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Venmo
  • Zelle

Disposal Practices

We dispose of items responsibly. Whenever possible, we donate usable items to local charities and recycle materials according to local regulations. Remaining items are disposed of at licensed facilities. We never engage in illegal dumping.
