OFFICE & COMMERCIAL CLEANOUT SERVICES
Last Updated: August 23, 2026 · By Trystan Hayes & Dylan Thacker
Office relocations, downsizing, lease turnovers, or just clearing out a storage room that's gotten out of hand — commercial cleanouts come with their own logistics. We work with business owners, office managers, and commercial property managers across the Western Suburbs to clear spaces fast, without getting in the way of your operations.
WHAT WE REMOVE
- Desks, chairs, cubicle partitions, conference tables
- Filing cabinets and shelving
- Breakroom appliances (fridges, microwaves) — safely disconnected
- Old electronics and e-waste (small recycling surcharge applies)
- General office debris from a move or renovation
A NOTE ON SENSITIVE MATERIALS
We haul furniture and equipment, not data. Before we come out, make sure any devices with stored data (old computers, servers, hard drives) have been wiped or handled through your IT department's proper disposal process, and that any physical documents with sensitive information have been shredded or filed separately. We're glad to haul the empty file cabinets and old hardware once that's done.
SCHEDULING THAT WORKS AROUND YOU
| Option | Why Businesses Choose It |
|---|---|
| After-hours (evenings) | Zero disruption to the workday |
| Weekend service | Full building access without staff around |
| Phased cleanout | Clear one department or floor at a time during a move |
WHAT IT COSTS
Commercial jobs are priced the same way as any cleanout — by volume and truckload. A single office or small suite typically runs $165–$650; full-floor or multi-office cleanouts are priced per truckload, $650 each. We'll quote it before we schedule, not after.
